New “acquisition” for Brothers of Italy. The deputy Roberto Traversi, former Five Star Movement, has announced his joining Brothers of Italy: “In the face of a complicated moment with a historic structural public debt that grips our country and a complex geopolitical situation, credit must be given to and merit to President Meloni for having guaranteed the stability of the financial framework and an institutional stability that represents a determining factor not only at the national level but even more so at the international level.”
A path, that of the former Five Star member, started last April when the former Undersecretary of State at the MIT left the Five Star Movement in open dispute with the management of Giuseppe Conte. “Brothers of Italy – he was keen to point out – has shown, in the Chamber and in the squares, a consistency that should belong to all parties and political movements, so I chose to support the political project that, even in the thousand difficulties, is pursuing it with perseverance, as demonstrated in these years of work and despite all the adversities that have occurred, the various wars that heavily threaten Europe, to the point of inducing it to change an attitude it had forgotten since the times of the Second World War.”
