Here we are at the first survey after the long summer break. On Omnibus, La7’s political in-depth program, the Piepoli Institute presented the first survey on Italians’ approval ratings of the parties. At the top is still Brothers of Italy. The political formation led by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni records a growth of 0.8% and thus stands at 28%. Staying with the center-right government, we find Forza Italia in second place, although down by 0.5%. Antonio Tajani’s party falls to 7.5%. Then there is Matteo Salvini’s Lega stable at 6%.

Moving to the broad field, the Democratic Party is still in the lead. Elly Schlein drops by 0.5% and thus stands at 20.5%. Just below is the Five Star Movement. The political formation led by Giuseppe Conte is stable at 12.5%. Finally, there is the Greens and Left Alliance stable at 6.5%.

As for all the other parties, there is the breakthrough of Futuro Nazionale. General Roberto Vannacci grows by 0.5% and thus stands at 7%. Then we find Italia Viva stable at 2.5%, Azione at 3%, Sud Chiama Nord at 1.5%, and Più Europa still at 1%. A neck-and-neck race between the two political coalitions: both the center-right and the broad field are given at 43% in the political polls.
