The newspaper La Stampa published the document dated July 15 from the General Sports Prosecutor’s Office signed by the general prosecutor Ugo Taucer in which it is emphasized – regarding the correctness of the registration – “the failure to file objective acts in this regard” and the fact that “no administrative initiative of competence of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office appears to have been activated.” For this reason, prosecutor Taucer requested a verification from prosecutor Giuseppe Chinè since no judge has established whether Malagò was registered as the issue was not examined in that proceeding.
