It was supposed to come out in May, but it was decided to wait a few more months to gauge her support. Seeking a boost from a hypothetical electorate, without, however, going through the much-feared primaries. Salis, like Charlemagne, awaits her coronation. “If they asked me to run against Giorgia Meloni? It would be a lie to say that I wouldn’t consider it,” she had said last April to Bloomberg.
