From the “ministry of life” to the “tricolor mortgage”: here it is, the program of Futuro Nazionale. The agenda of General Roberto Vannacci includes not only remigration and the fight against illegal immigration, although the issue of security and the battle against degradation are certainly its cornerstones.

NO CIVIL UNIONS – The most controversial points, already subject to fierce criticism from the center-left, are those that intervene on the social level. No more civil unions, marriage as the only couple institution, and adoptions only for families with a father and mother. And, to try to reverse the birth crisis, a derogation from the European Stability Pact that allows spending on birth rates, putting it ahead of the Green Deal and rearmament. “Marriage remains the only couple institution because only procreation has public relevance,” says Vannacci. The program therefore proposes the abolition of civil unions and identifies the family founded on the union between man and woman as the model to be supported with fiscal and housing policies, nurseries, and leave. The rights currently linked to civil unions, from hospital assistance to inheritance, would become individual rights attributable to the person chosen by the citizen, without, it reads, “elevating sexual relations as a criterion for granting rights.”
ADOPTIONS ONLY WITH FATHER AND MOTHER – There is also a tightening on adoptions: ordinary adoption would be reserved for families with a father and mother, excluding same-sex couples and singles, except in particular cases for the latter linked to an already existing relationship with the child. The general also puts on the table a “real family quotient,” progressive tax exemptions for those with children, a “rebirth income” for mothers, and the ‘tricolor mortgage,’ with zero interest on the third child. For large families of public employees, there would also be “blue quotas” to facilitate transfers. The challenge also passes through Brussels. FnV proposes to request a “structural derogation from the Stability Pact” for expenses aimed at “demographic reactivation,” indicated as a priority over the Green Deal and ReArm EU. On end-of-life issues, finally, FnV reiterates the defense of life “from conception to natural death” and no to euthanasia and consensual homicide.
ABORTION AND RIGHTS – On the topic of abortion, the document reads, “it is first necessary to note that the current law 194/1978, regardless of the various positions present at the time and today in the cultural and political debate on it, in fact does not provide for the establishment of an alleged ‘right to abortion,’ a linguistic expression that, in fact, did not appear nor appears in any article of the normative text, but effectively proceeded to a circumstantial decriminalization of abortion which, however one thinks about it, does not establish a right.” Futuro Nazionale’s proposal includes “more support for difficult motherhood, alternatives such as easy adoption from the day of birth, zero social pressure towards pregnancy termination.” Not only that: “To combat the phenomenon of abandonment” of newborns “in dumpsters, found in often irrecoverable medical conditions, Futuro Nazionale proposes the obligation to place the ‘Cradle for Life‘ in every hospital equipped with a maternity ward with staff and requirements to receive children who would otherwise be abandoned in extremely dangerous forms for their survival.” A ban on the administration of the RU-486 pill in outpatient or home settings is also planned, “as continuous medical monitoring is necessary to protect the mother’s health, while the pharmaceutical business has effectively hidden as much as possible the risks related to medical abortion.”
“TRICOLOR MORTGAGE” – As mentioned, there is also the “tricolor mortgage” among the proposals contained in the second part of Futuro Nazionale’s ‘Ideological and Programmatic Base.’ A “structural response” intended for young Italian couples for the purchase of their first home, since the “housing problem is one of the main material obstacles to the choice to have children,” “contract with State guarantee” and “at a progressively decreasing rate with each birth.” “The mechanism is simple and powerful: at the time of access to the program, the rate, facilitated compared to market rates, decreases at the birth of the first child, further at the birth of the second, and completely zeroes out at the third.”
STOP GENDER ON TV – “We propose amending Law 164/1982: explicit ban on surgical interventions for sex reassignment and administration of cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers to minors, with provision for universal crime, regardless of parental or legal guardian consent. Furthermore, no surgical mutilation and sex reassignment interventions for adults, such as phalloplasty, must be at the expense of the public fund and, therefore, the taxpayer.” “Italy must refuse to accept and apply any international directive aimed at promoting the woke ideology of the so-called LGBT agenda,” it continues. There is also “a ban on the dissemination of programs, TV scenes, commercials, etc., with genderist/homosexualist content in cases where children could be exposed to these contents due to the means, times, and other circumstances. Furthermore, we support extending the protected time slot from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. for all audiovisual media, with severe sanctions up to license suspension for broadcasts that violate the bans.”
LGBT AGENDA – “Parades, exhibitions, and similar minority pride events must, like any other initiative, respect State laws, without the possibility of being above the law or benefiting from a ‘special statute’ that would give minorities more rights than others. For this reason, the commission of obscene acts, indecency, and scandal involving minors will not be admissible, regularly applying what is provided by the regulations valid for every Italian citizen, with particular reference to articles 527 (obscene acts), 726 (acts contrary to public decency), and especially 609 quinquies (corruption of minors). Article 724 of the Penal Code (blasphemy and offensive manifestations towards the deceased) must also be promptly applied, with verification by the Law Enforcement and reporting to the judicial authority. The failure to sanction, due to habituation to ideological benevolence, violations of the Penal Code in serious moral matters represents a factor of disintegration of virtues and, moreover, lost revenue for the State coffers, which could allocate such proceeds to social initiatives and useful projects for the country’s development,” it continues.
MINISTRY OF LIFE – Among the main proposals contained in the FN program are, as mentioned, the establishment of the Ministry of Life, Natural Family, and Identity and multiple voting for parents representing their children. “We will support the restoration of the Ministry of the Family, with the new name Ministry of Life, Natural Family, and Identity, to directly and primarily address the most serious crisis affecting Italy today, the demographic one, in a context of comprehensive policies with which demography is linked to the protection of life from conception to natural death and the defense of the identity of our people,” it reads.
MULTIPLE VOTING – “Multiple voting for parents representing their children. It would be an interesting political experiment, to be carefully evaluated, to give representation to all Italians, having minors represented by their parents as already happens in every other matter – it continues -. It would also be a form of democratic weighting of the vote, taking into account the weight of those who represent a ‘domestic society,’ that is, a family. In practice, it would involve intervening on article 48 of the Constitution and assigning parents a number of ballots equal to that of their children, for example divided between father and mother and, in odd cases, in alternate rounds. For now, it is just an idea we offer to the Italian debate, already launched years ago by economist Luigi Campiglio and former Minister Maurizio Sacconi, and it would be worth considering also to give further and formal recognition to the value of the family, the domestic society, as the founding nucleus of the national society.”
MILITARY EDUCATION – And again: “Enhancement of the culture of Defense. Futuro Nazionale promotes respect for its Armed Forces and pride in their history and service. We support a culture of defense based on responsibility, discipline, merit, and national pride. In high schools, modules on defense education and national security will be introduced, presenting the excellence of our Armed Forces and encouraging the attraction of the best young people with the right characteristics to perform this special function in defense of the country.” “We will introduce an innovative communication model between Defense and citizens: initiatives will be supported to spread awareness among young people of the role played by the military, for example through school programs and voluntary participation in camps and external training activities for military education with civic value.”
