We can call it “heterogenesis of ends”, “contradiction in terms”, “law of retaliation” or more simply “a gigantic blunder”.

Civil judgments are immediately enforceable; pending a possible appeal, Salis will have to open her bulging European parliamentary wallet. Unless she asks to seize a house, obviously someone else’s house.
