The average of the polls between September 6 and 12 shows the Pd in sharp decline at 20.9% and the broad field in difficulty. This is reported by Fanpage. As for the center-right, instead, Fratelli d’Italia of Giorgia Meloni once again confirms itself as the leading party with 26.7% of the vote. With allied forces also recording positive figures: Forza Italia of Antonio Tajani rises to 7.5% and Matteo Salvini’s Lega stands at 5.7%. While Roberto Vannacci’s Futuro Nazionale gains ground up to 7.6%.
Returning to the opposition, the democrats of Elly Schlein fall below the psychological threshold of 21% for the first time since the last European elections. A decline that affects the balance of the left. And the percentages of other parties do not help: Giuseppe Conte’s Movimento 5 Stelle records a slight recovery, rising to 12.4%; while Alleanza Verdi e Sinistra is at 6.5%; and +Europa stops at 1.5%. Completing the picture is Matteo Renzi’s Italia Viva at 2.3% and Carlo Calenda’s Azione, which, outside the major coalitions, falls to 3.2%. According to the aggregated analysis conducted on nine of the main polling institutes (Termometro Politico, Only Numbers, Noto, Ixé, SWG, EMG, Piepoli, Tecné and Bidimedia), therefore, the broad field seems to have lost its momentum.
