The Military Prosecutor’s Office of Rome, led by Marco De Paolis, has initiated “preliminary investigations” in relation to a complaint filed by the Military Union against General Roberto Vanacci, president of Futuro Nazionale, national coordinator Massimiliano Simoni, and program manager Lorenzo Gasperini, in which the reconstitution of the fascist party is hypothesized in violation of the Scelba law. The activity of the Prosecutor’s Office with stars “is regarding the position of members of the Armed Forces – explains the prosecutor in a note – within the organizational structure ‘Futuro Nazionale’. The prosecutors’ objective is to verify “the possible existence of facts within their strict competence concerning persons subject to military jurisdiction”.
