During its first months of activity, the Regional Council chaired by Fico therefore made political choices, passed resolutions, issued measures, and approved spending commitments in the presence of and in concert with a member of the Council, appointed councilor in clear violation of the law,” adds Rastrelli who announces: “I have therefore invited and warned the president of the Regional Council, Manfredi, to activate the procedures for the immediate dismissal from the office of regional councilor of Cuomo.”
